Rebecca Moore Breathwork

Rebecca is an author, curator, and wellness expert whose work and advice has been featured in Vogue, Conde Nast Traveller, Financial Times, Sheer Lux and Stylist. Passionate about sharing tools for self and shared nurturance, her book Radical Self-Care: Rituals For Inner Resilience has been described as:

“A must-read manual for putting yourself before other people’s demands and prioritising your health and wellbeing.”

- Francesca Brown, Stylist

Born and raised in London with Bajan and Kiwi roots, Rebecca began her career in the creative industries, as a make-up artist for TV and film before opening a photography studio and carrying out commissions for clients and brands. In 2010 she founded cult title IDOL Magazine, leading the publication as EIC and Creative Director for almost 10 years, before taking a hiatus to focus on healing after a string of burnouts and stress-related health issues.

Finding her way back to herself inspired Rebecca to share the wellness practices she found most useful with others. She has since been trained in Vinyasa Yoga, Meridian Yoga Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Bodywork and Energy Healing, Aromatherapy and nutrition. She weaves together these healing modalities alongside her love for creativity and keen eye for aesthetics, to curate transformational experiences that support modern-day living. In addition to working with private clients and brands, Rebecca holds space for community through her dedicated wellness space in North-West London, Inner Landing.

She is also part of the family of guides at Re:Mind and She’s Lost Control, the featured Breathwork Teacher on Deliciously Ella, and Wellness Ambassador for award-winning charity The Vavengers, who campaign against FGM and gender-based violence against women and girls. Following the success of her Breath Practice Cards, published worldwide in 2023 and available in six different languages, her new book Radical Self-Care: Rituals For Inner Resilience hit shelves in July 2024.

What Rebecca enjoys the most is sharing practices and tools within soulful spaces for people to connect deeper to themselves and discover their own magic.
