This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which I, Rebecca Moore, will process any personal data I collect from you, or which you provide to me, in the course of using this site www.rebecca-moore.com. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 I am the data controller.

Your privacy is extremely important to me. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that I collect, and the ways in which I use that personal information. 

When do I collect information?

When you subscribe to my newsletter or register for my services or during certain promotions when you are invited to provide your name and email address in order to receive notifications. 

What information do I collect?

When making a booking, placing an order or filling out a form on this site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, postal address, telephone number or email address. You may, however, visit this site anonymously.

What do I use your information for?

Any information I collect from you may be used in the following ways:

• To send periodic emails - mainly - newsletter updates. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your booking or order, as well as timely updates and announcements regarding related products and services. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, I include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

• To improve my website offerings based on any information and feedback I receive from you.

• To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

• To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other site feature.

How do I protect your information?

I implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. My email mailing list is held inside Mail Chimp. If a form is submitted, then a copy of the form is held within my email system so that I can contact you about your booking or order. Only myself and my personal assistant have access to any information provided and everything is password protected. 

Do I disclose any information to outside parties?

No. Never. I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist in operating this website, conducting business on my behalf, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. I may also release your information when I believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce my site policies, or protect mine or others' rights, property or safety.

Occasionally, at my discretion, I may include or offer third party products or services on this website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. I therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, I seek to protect the integrity of this site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

The information within this website or techniques and practices provided are for recreational purposes only. Do not use the techniques or practices provided whilst driving or operating machinery, or if you suffer from epilepsy, clinical depression or any other nervous or psychiatric conditions. The information provided is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If in doubt, please consult your doctor or licensed medical practitioner.

Any decision you make having received any of my products or services are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.

Health Policy

You are only allowed to attend a session, reading, consultation, workshop, mentorship programme or retreat if you are of good enough health to get to and from the location without support and look after yourself during your time with me. No claims are being made that my methods can heal physical conditions. My readings, reports, consultations, courses, workshops, retreats, mentorship programme or products should not substitute for the advice and treatment of a physician, doctor or other licensed physical or mental health-care professional.

Refunds for Sessions

Most of my sessions are done online using Zoom. Please do not book unless you are willing and able to meet me via Zoom for some or all of your sessions.  

When I agree to work with a client I commit to the full package and will work with you to ensure all of your sessions take place within a reasonable period of time.  No refunds (including partial refunds) are available for unused sessions if you change your mind, life gets busy, you decide you don't want to use Zoom, or you decide you do not want to continue with your sessions for any other reason. Sessions booked must be completed within 12 months of purchase date. 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the previously arranged date and time may be charged. This applies to all bookings.

Items and services are offered for curiosity value only. Mystical, supernatural or other claims cannot be guaranteed. All spiritual and alternative experimentation involves the unknown and in the final analysis customers must decide for themselves what is right. I provide all reasonable warnings and protection but cannot be held responsible for the results of any experimentation in this arena. I expect my clients to be reasonably fit and healthy. I understand that responsibility for the consequences of my life choices, whether discussed, mentioned or otherwise by or with Rebecca Moore, is my own.

I also understand that Rebecca Moore shall not be liable to me, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or for any indirect or consequential loss sustained by me or any third party arising under, or in connection with, me practicing the techniques provided or by following the advice given. However, nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit or exclude Rebecca Moore’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
